Hello, I’m looking to rent out another room in my house to any female that is looking to have a place to lay their head. The place is occupied by 1 female and me (male). This room is for any female that works extremely long hours and is looking to come home, relax, sleep and get ready for another day of work. I am asking for $600 a month. There are security cameras for mine and your protection, don’t worry it’s a safe neighborhood. All amenities are included wifi, kitchen, living room, laundry, bathroom, electricity, water, back yard/front yard usage, pool, All I ask for

1. No drugs, smoking, nor alcohol in the house.
2. You must be fully employed and be able to pay on time.
3. Keep the house clean as possible
4. Not to loud.
5. Pets allowed as long as they are trained $50 extra charge
6. No guest/party
7. If you break something just let me know like a grown up.
8. Prevent any damages to my property.

I’m a full time night shift worker who is looking for a responsible female, since I find it easier to get along with them. I work from 2 pm/3pm until who knows :D !? But usually I come home and sleep and go back to work. I go away on the weekends. I am extremely nice as long as you don’t break the rules. I want to get along and not just feel like a stranger. Feel comfortable to ask any questions and ask for a tour.😊
