In a quiet gated community, 1319 sq ft. home 2 Bd 2.5 Ba two story home on a cul-de-sac with a park.

Ideal roommate would be a college student, pilot or flight attendant, but if you work a normal job its cool. Just looking to rent month to month, but long term stay is welcomed. No Pets are allowed. Also, No guests, no parties, no messes, no drama, and b.s. Rent must be paid on-time, and I do not want to ask for it. In fact, earlier the better.

The House: The house is pretty empty for the most part, so there are not any common areas to hang out, just your room. All appliances are stainless steel, hardwood floors. Your room is above the garage, but I have a quiet non-chained garage opener. I do ask that any eating is done in the kitchen, and your dishes are cleaned immediately after (no exceptions). You will have your own space and side in the cabinet and fridge. Dishes, pots, and pans are shared, just not food or drinks. Your room is spacious, there is a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a tub right next to your room. Parking is down the street three houses down. Washer and dryer are upstairs. Smoking is allowed outside or in the backyard. 420 is okay as long as you don’t ash it all over the house or make a mess of it where the dogs can get a taste, but keep in mind there are kids in the neighborhood.

Requirements: Good Employment History 3 Reference Professional, personal, and previous roommate or landlord. Proof of Income - 3 months of deposits/direct deposit and two pay stubs. $30 Non-Refundable Application fee for background check, which will be applied to your first months rent. $900 a month, $100 non-refundable cleaning fee $800 Deposit. $1800 upfront. Covers all the utilities, and internet. There is no cable TV.
