We welcome members of the community that are quiet, clean, professional and are seeking a shared space that is well maintained, respectful and drug free.

We do have onsite, exterior and interior (common space only) cameras throughout the property. Safety fence is in place around our inviting diamond in the rough located in the Clay Arsenal section of Hartford. Until the neighborhood begins to gentrify, you will see scattered vacant lots. Within the neighborhood we have bodegas aka corner/package store, Chinese takeout and several Spanish and Caribbean take out restaurants. We are conveniently located within 5 minutes of highways and public transportation.

This is a fenced three level townhouse. Your unit is a third floor 3 bedrooms 1 bath apartment with shared common space and private secure newly carpeted bedroom averaging 200 sq ft.

All Bedrooms are secure and contain at least 1 window, faux wood blind(s,) a closet with hangers and shelf, full or queen size bed with memory foam mattress and protectors and a chest or dresser, and window Air Conditioner. 1-2 sheet sets are provided.
Wi-Fi is currently complimentary and has recently been updated!

Though it is primarily your responsibility to maintain the cleanliness of the space overall, we are happy to assist in helping maintain the space by providing professional cleaning service of the common areas only (living room, kitchen, bathroom) 1-2x per month. Members are still required to jointly remove trash, clean up after cooking and maintain both the common areas collectively as well as your private room. Maintenance issues are addressed by our maintenance staff.

COMMON SPACE: Within the common area are window A/Cs, a dining table with chairs and a common area 50“ Smart TV for your enjoyment. There is also a large shared refrigerator, gas stove/oven and small appliances in the eat in kitchen, kitchen essentials and laundry conveniently located within the unit. Note, this unit has recently been updated. A desk may be included in the common area or in the larger bedroom.

PARKING LIMITATIONS - Members occupying the lower unit have priority due to the size of the townhouse. Street parking is available. During overnight snow bands all guests may park on the premises in the rear as there are limitations by the city when snow is expected or is present.

OCCUPANCY: Each room can be occupied for 1 member. There is overnight visitor limitation to a maximum of 5 days per month once it does not interfere with the safety of another occupant. Initially your minimum stay is on a month to month basis. Weekly stays can be discussed. Once we are a good fit and we have availability, your stay can be as long as 4 months to 12 months, possibly up to 24 months.

Our house members are professional traveling workers with an average stay of three months. Currently may be identified as male.
