It is a beautiful home in a quiet, safe Christian community.
The home is fully furnished (except the available bedroom).

There is a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher and a very large kitchen with a lot of counter space. There is a security system built in. There is a very large backyard and front yard.

The security deposit is negotiable.

We would split utilities monthly (gas and electricity). Note: Wifi is included. You would need to get a renters insurance policy as that is in the contract for the community.

The house is a two bedroom home. I live in the other bedroom. I am told by friends and family that I am positive, kind, warm, relaxed and friendly. I do not drink, smoke or do any substances. I am a Christian.

I am looking for one female roommate who does not smoke or do any substances. I am looking for a Christian roommate also. Also I welcome ages 24 to 65. If you want to move into the room with your child, I’m sorry that won’t work out. I am only accepting one female adult.

Please note: I keep my home alcohol-free, so I am looking for a roommate who will not bring alcohol into the home.
