Private room with shared bath. Split floor plan with 2 living rooms, and large yard. 2300+ sq ft of living space. Living space is furnished, but bedroom is not furnished. Can provide a queen bed frame but no mattress.

Close to 101 and 60. ~10 minutes to ASU Tempe campus. ~5 minutes to MCC.

Everything is newly renovated from floors to bathrooms. There is also a shed in the yard that can be used as storage.

There’s a park 2 minute walking distance.

Utilities are flat fee of $100, which includes internet, electric, gas, water, and trash.

I work in IT and go to grad school at ASU. Another girl works at an office job. Both girls are rarely home. We’re clean and quiet. We also have 2 dogs. A chihuahua and a 14 year old smaller medium sized dog
