Rent is $615/mo + Utilities (avg $85/mo). Apartment is 12 min from Rainey, 10 min from Downtown Austin, and 15 min from Zilker.

I am looking to move out ASAP by December 1st at the LATEST. I am strictly moving for work because my roommates are awesome and have made this living experience wonderful. My roommates are Conor and Alexis. Both, Conor and Alexis, are very helpful, kind, respectful, and LOVE brunch. The shared bathroom will be with Alexis so please keep this area clean. They have two dogs (Olive & Bubby). An ideal roommate will be a young adult (20’s-30’s) with no pets and is financially stable to pay monthly rent and utilities.
