The condo is a first floor 2 bedroom 1 bathroom where the master bedroom has a walk in closet. Nestled in the woods eastern side of Marlton or Evesham where the property is nicely maintained. The unit has hard wood floors decorated with a few big portraits of France. A cool dog and cat live here to so I can’t take pets since the rules don’t allow for even two pets.

I’m a Gen X that never married nor had kids. I work for the government making modest money and enjoy the work. I work from home four out of five days 4-midnight. I walk the dog and pay close attention to politics. I don’t watch shows since I refuse to have cable or streaming service when YouTube gives me all I need. I don’t mind canibus and I don’t really drink. I am liberal leaning stick shift V8 driving plain guy who has been battling cancer since 2012, and still have a lot of life in me though I fatigue quickly. You can have the master bedroom and share the rest of the place. The people around here are fine but the board is a pain in the side of many.
