Looking to sublease out the basement family room/ bedroom. It has a fireplace and its own conjoined private 3/4 bathroom.The house has both backyard and a frontyard, an in unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher, garage, driveway and street parking. We’re at max a 15 min drive, with traffic, from the heart of University of Iowa campus and you can expect utilities to run for about $100/person/month. We’re within walking distance to the kinnick stadium and are close to several grocery stores, bus stops, and restaurants.

We’re pet freindly, and are just looking to sublease out the toom from Jan 15th to an undecided date and are open to whatever works for everyone. We already have pets and while we perfer no more, that isnt a requirement. We’re both in our mid 20s, I am a male who works a full time that enjoys rock music and cooking for my female dental university student roomate/gf that also enjoys rock music and baking. Our current rooomate is moving out to move in with their s.o. and we’ll just in need of somone to help pay rent until both of us are able to land full time jobs.
