14. Full 1 bed, 1 bathroom with plenty of closet space, this is not a studio.
15. Easy freeway access to 101 N or S, 87 freeway is close, close to malls, downtown SJ, or almost anywhere you need to work.

There are no people on your property. You will never have to see us except for maybe in the driveway. Unit A has 3 family members who keep to themselves. We are two moms that are married 18 years with a 9 year old daughter and are fairly quiet and will not be sharing any space with you at all. We are an LGBT family with 3 small pets and a little girl. Again we will never need to interact as this is an in-law unit that is not shared space with our house
