APARTMENT ALL TO YOURSELF Legends at Oak Grove is a great apartment complex located near the Washington Pike Target. It is a 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom apartment. My fiancé and I want to build a home and live someone else in the meantime. You would have the apartment to yourself for a 5-8 month period (minimum 5). There is a dog park, fitness center, pool, and Amazon hub. Background check and credit screen would be conducted by office staff and you would be added to my lease as a roommate. We would sign a roommate agreement between us and that would be it. If you have a dog, the complex requires a $300 fee. Our rent is currently around $1,651 and we would agree on $1,000/month from the new “roommate”, plus electric, water, and Wi-Fi bill (approximately $185).

Dates available: January 1st - August 24th. Minimum of 5 months.

We won’t be at the apartment. We will live elsewhere. My fiancé and I are going to begin building a house and we want to live elsewhere to save money during that process.
