Everyone has full access to the Kitchen, Garage, Backyard and Utility-Room. (Sorry: no kids, no pets or no smoking.) The House is equipped with a Rooftop Solar System to reduce our overall Electrical Costs. The Home has a lush and tranquil backyard and spacious patio and a beautiful gazebo. The Side-yard has a mature fruit tree terraced area and a young vineyard. The House backs up to the County Wildlife Preserve and Forest, so there are no rear neighbors to obstruct the picturesque forest landscaping, allowing you to savor the uninterrupted views of the wildlife.

We are seeking a mature roommate who is: laid-back, very responsible, considerate of others and cleans up after themselves (especially in the common areas). Guests and “Overnight” Guests are welcome.
