Private room with walk in closet on far end of the house with own full bath in newer home in a new subdivision off of HWY293 near Hamilton Crossing Park. Great neighborhood with sidewalks and a pool. Walking distance to the park. Private back yard. Beautiful cover porch with seating area plus dining table. Grill area with seating as well. Also have extra frig for your use too! Furniture in the picture of the room currently will be swapped out for bedroom furniture. Or you can do your own furniture if you wish. Will try to add photo of bathroom soon. No smoking, no drugs and sadly no other pets as I do have small well behaved dogs. I am flexible on move-in date and lease term.
About the roomies
Single female in 50’s with peaceful home looking for a quiet respectful roommate. I have two small friendly dog. Must love dogs 😊 (or at least be able to tolerate them)…Anything else you’d like to know just ask!
