The house is located Behind Florida Tech less than 1min walk to campus, with both front and back yards surrounded by trees giving cozy vibes, the house has 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms with a spacious sunny living room, and a small room for laundry.
No general rules just be clean and responsible, since we are both associated with FIT a student or a person around our age is preferred, but eventually everyone is welcome.
