About the room
two bedroom two bathroom apartment on the second floor. Huge patio. I am not home much so I have not yet finished furnishing the Livingroom and patio. I have two cats who like to roam and are very friendly. Iām trying to find someone CLEAN, who is respectful of the home we will share and considerate of each others schedules. Rent is about $900 monthly depending on the water usage that is rolled with the rent, we will also split electricity. Wifi is included.
About the roomies
I work in property management so Iām normally gone all day. I am a home body that likes to spend time to myself. I am an early raiser so it would be nice to find someone who is similar. Please reach out if you have any questions. I would love to meet a few times in person.
