Condominium complex directly on the bay! Come watch the dolphin from the balcony or from the private pier. Bring your kayak or paddle board to keep at the private slip included with the condo. Great fishing and fish watching off the pier as well. The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. You would have your own private bathroom and bedroom. There is also a pool which is heated all but November, December, January and February. Great deck with a grill, Blackstone and hospitality kitchen. Coin laundry on each floor. Only $1 to wash and $1.50 to dry! I am renting thru a management company so you will be getting approved through them.

HI! I am in property management. I work 8-5. I don’t really have people over ever. Not to say you can’t. I’m just not into having the place be a gathering spot. If your significant other stays over more than twice a week we are splitting the rent 3 ways. Same rule applies to me. I’ve gotten burned on that before. You might find me on the couch watching Bachelor in Paradise on a Thursday night or a movie or Ballgame on the weekends, but I really enjoy chilling in my room watching cooking shows or falling asleep to forensic files.
