About the room
I am looking for a graduate student or young professional to rent a one bedroom in this house situated in a newly built community.This an unfurnished bedroom but can be furnished if needed for an additional fee. Amenities are also included in the rent. The house is close Carolina Mudcats Five County Stadium, other entertainment areas, and buss lines. The house is located in Sidney Creek, which has resort style amenities(access to a pool is included), dog park, lots of outdoor space & just minutes to Downtown Zebulon, Wendell, Knightdale, & short commute to Raleigh! I prefer a female who is not messy and knows how to clean up after herself.
No pets or smoking of any kind.
About the roomies
I am a single professional female who’s calm, and quiet, and works from home part-time. I prefer a clean and well-organized space.
