This is the master suite of the house. It is on the top floor. Large double closet, double sinks, private toilet with a door. The house has 2 living areas, dinning room, laundry room, large yard with a pool, vegetable garden. People that live in the house are quiet, respectful, clean. There is no smoking in the property. There is no partying. Everyone shares paying utilities. The room can be furnished or not (right now there is a queen size bed), depending on what you need. Rent price for single occupancy, couples are welcomed for extra cost. Utilities are divided between tenants. Landscaping and pool maintenance paid by landlord. Credit report and background check required. No pets but in door cats are accepted with a cleaning fee security deposit $150

There are 4 tenants living in the property. All working adults. Two, work at night and the other work/study during the day, they are older adults. Everyone cleans commune areas of the house taking a turn every 4 weeks.
