Rancho Reina Court

This is the master suite of the house. It is on the top floor. Large closet, double sinks, private toilet with a door. The house has 2 living areas, dinning room, laundry room, large yard with a pool, vegetable garden. People that live in the house are quiet, respectful, clean. There is no smoking in the property. There is no partying. Everyone shares paying utilities. The room can be furnished or not, depending on what you need. Rent price is based on two people. No pets.

There are 4 tenants living in the property. Two are full time students, then one works at night and the other works during the day, they are older adults. Everyone cleans commune areas of the house ones every 5 weeks.
