The Share Details: The Master bedroom is furnished (large flat-screen television) w/ bathroom in the hallway that at times guests will use. in this large. Utilities have been evaluated and are included in the monthly rental price. We have in-unit laundry, walk-in closets, large yard recreational areas to bbq or simply look at the views, central AC, all appliances, cable/Internet, one parking spot in the driveway, access to great street and visitor parking. This is a quiet bungalow and neighborhood offering a lot of privacy to the right person. This home is clean; however, pet-friendly with NO room for another pet as it comes furnished with one elderly male gentle giant. No smoking inside the home. Share all common areas. The right person will split outdoor chores, do his own dishes, there is an option to share staple foods and possibly cook some meals together. My golden roommate preference would be: one, preferably male, clean and understanding of living with someone beyond organized. :)

The Location: Downtown Flagler Beach - two blocks from the ocean and intracoastal. Located between the Golden Lion and Finn’s - walking distance to Poor Walt’s, the Flagler Mall (Dollar General) and close to public transportation. Being downtown, it’s also a quick walk to almost all restaurants and bars. Basically all the amenities of living in a city without having to worry about parking or a big commute.

The Perfect Fit: Respectful, kind, has boundaries, clean, social is fine but not overly social in our sanctuary (do not wish for a constant flow of visitors in and out of my home), employed and responsible about rent (paying on-time). No offense; however, I want to share my home with someone that is similar to myself in many aspects of my life but I am not looking for a new friend to share all aspects of life ~ professional; I respect your privacy and boundaries ~ simply someone that needs a quiet space to lay their head down at night! My home is perfect for a single male around the same age with references in need of an already furnished private master bedroom! UPDATE: Selling king bed - too cumbersome for the master bedroom - new tenant can bring their own bed and/or I plan to purchase a daybed (full) in the near future if needed.

When: House-share will be available March 1, 2024 to include a one month $1,200.00 deposit [due date: 3/15/2024]. Zillow background check you will have to provide, at your expense, of $35.
