Marlstone Place

A single bedroom in the upper level of a 2-story (3 w/ basement) home for rent. The house is located in Central CO Springs at Mesa and Uintah 5 mins away from downtown and OCC.

The room (14’x16’’) will be $1700, including the entire(minus the guest bedroom for our visiting peeps) upstairs, or $1250 for the Master only. Will look to rent out the 3rd spare bedroom if the entire upstairs isn’t rented out. The tenant will have a private bathroom, including a bathtub and shower, and a walk-in closet located on the upper level. The lease length is 6 months.

Carpet floors throughout the entire upstairs, aside from the tiled main level kitchen and living areas. Large living room space on the main level with some basic furniture, but you can use it as you see fit. The washer and dryer are located on the 2nd floor for easy access. Full access to the kitchen which will be shared with the homeowner (me) who will be living on the lower level. (Currently working on filling up the front living room and dining room with furniture.)

There will be one available spot for off-street parking in the driveway and street parking in front of the home for any other vehicles.

All applicants must provide proof of income and pass a background check. The first month’s rent (prorated) and an additional $ 1,000 will be due at signing as a security deposit. There is also a $40 non-refundable application/background check fee. No pets allowed.

A bit about myself: Single motivated business owner looking for fellow similar-minded professional or grad student to keep the vibe chill. You can find me working in the basement or around town running my local roofing company or at the gym, getting some beefcake reps in or at MVP pickleball courts. Pickleball is life!
