I have a small backyard studio/casita for rent. It has its own updated private bathroom, small kitchenette with air fryer, microwave, refrigerator and sink. The studio has an extra large closet as well. It has a private entrance, it comes fully furnished with queen sized bed, 2 night stands, 1 dresser, electric fireplace heater and 42 inch flat screen tv. All utilities included + wifi. $1300 a month.

I am a single mother only looking for female roommates at the moment. I’m super friendly and easy to get along with, but there will be rules that need to abided by as this is my home and it needs to be respected. The roommates will be on a month-to-month contract.
