Lots of light from the large window that overlooks the lush backyard. Home is 2 story and has two other bedrooms, a family room, living room, dining room, and full kitchen. The large backyard has a inviting patio sitting area, grass & gorgeous plants.

There are two other roommates. Both female, 21 year old college students at CSUSM who also work. One has a cat and the other a small dog.
