Very nice furnished room for rent 1 block from the Livermore and Sandia lab. Lots of light! Female only at this time due to the request of the other two current females. This home is in one of the best areas of Livermore. There are no pets or kids in the home, its quiet, safe, professional, always clean and a mature respectful environment. Bathroom is shared, plenty large with lots of storage and never any issues with others schedules. Everyone is very courteous, respectful and considerate of others with use of bathroom, kitchen and laundry.

-cleaned once a month by professional cleaners. There is no non-sense, drama, no smoking of anything, no one is in each other’s business, no partying, everyone is courtesy coming and going and does their own thing and lives their private lives outside the home. This is a room for 1 person, no couples, no overnight guests, no pets or kids. Open to short term or long term. Month to month, owner or roomie may give 30 day notice anytime for any reason.

Both two professional females employed at Livermore Lawerence Lab, quiet, professional, both gone 50% of the time, you’ll hardly notice you live with others, everyone does their own thing and very respectful, friendly and welcoming of others.
