Country setting in Lebanon, CT but very close to Willimantic, 2 minutes to town line. I have a dog and cat so must love animals. Room is furnished and has a closet.

I live alone with my dog and cat. Looking for someone to split expenses. You will have apt to yourself for over 60 hrs week as I work. Would consider reducing rent if you could let my dog out on her tie out once per day while I am at work. I don’t party so no parties are allowed. If you smoke cigs or cannabis, landlord requires it be done outside. Students or people on disability are welcome. It’s a first floor apt. Private bedroom but shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Laundry facilities in basement as well as storage area.
