Donald's room

This is my house and i am recently single. I do not work in the winter and collect unemployment . the house has ample parking and has a nice backyard. Has a swimming pool and a hot tub. all utiliteis are included with rent.I have a basement that can be fixed to allow for more privacy and it has a hald bath{ no shower}. also washer and dryer . We can discuss terms and arrangement as this is my first time even considering renting.

I would prefer whom ever i rent to is a social drinker and not a drunk, no hard drugs ever allowed in my house and as i do not smoke pot but am pot friendly id prefer it to be done outside.
