About the room

ONE OF THE BEST DEALS IN TOWN! Private room and private bathroom. I’m looking for a clean, and responsible roommate to move into this duplex house LOCATED NEAR I-69, BIO/PHARMA COMPANIES, IU CAMPUS, and NSA CRANE!

Photos shown are from when the house was sold and do not reflect how it is currently furnished.

The house features:

  • 2 Bed
  • 2.5 Bath
  • Furnished living room
  • Finished basement WITH A HOME THEATER
  • Single car garage, but has lots of room for storage
  • Stainless steel appliances
  • LG Washer/Dryer
  • Lawn care and snow removal is covered by HOA
  • Whole-home audio with Apple AirPlay and Miracast
  • Managed by a property management group who has been FANTASTIC to work with

House is about 1/2 mile east of the I-69 and Tapp Rd. Exit/On ramp, and near the clear creek and B-line trails for biking. Making an easy commute to and from the following:

  • Catalent Pharma: 1.1 Miles
  • Baxter/Simtra: 1.9 Miles
  • Cool Medical: 3 miles
  • IU Campus: 2.7 miles
  • NSA Crane (Crane Navy Base): 25 min to Bloomington Gate

About the roomies

A little about me: I am a 24 y/o Male Mechanical Engineer. My passions are aviation, engineering, and business—I’m a pilot as well so there are aviation decorations throughout the house. I have never missed any payment in my life so a roommate who pays on-time is very important to me.

I’m a bit of a dork, so in my free-time I tinker with gadgets. I also have a small product development and engineering consulting business.

I also really enjoy hitting-up some of the bars in downtown Bloomington and frequently visit Indy.

All I ask is the keep the house clean, and be respectful for the space.

Previous roommate was a 23 y/o female who is moving to California. I have no preference on gender.

I would prefer a grad student or young professional.
