No shoes in house .You must take shoes off leave by door. You will keep room clean and vacuum at least once a week or as often needed.
Washer and dryer in basement for you to use only.
You will perform any house hold chores and clean and pick up after yourself.
No weapons or fire arms allowed. Smoke on the porch. For 420 I don’t like tobacco so not tobacco friendly.
I repeat no smoking in house porch okay.
Shovel your own parking space. Parking in back yard.
Laundry washer n dryer in basement.
WiFi included and utilities included in monthly 800 rent.
Be respectful of others be nice and neighborly. No drama.
No hoarding of any kind. You will shovel own parking spot for yourself. Parking in back lot.
