It is a well furnished apartment we just got a new huge fridge, both rooms has their own bathrooms and walk in closets with beds and dressers with tables for both living room and bedrooms. The kitchen has everything you would want brand new fridge, dishwasher, microwave and a bar sitting area with stools. The apartment I total is 997sq feet. It comes with a washer and a dryer no additional cost. We have a large pool outside with a volleyball court and not your average pool it has a waterfall and connected chairs to sit in the water. I’ve been here for the last year and it’s been wonderful the landlords are always there to help and the maintenance team will get anything fixed right away or in a day. To me it’s a great place to live if you’re single or a couple or even a college student, the apartments are very close to the college and a beach. Everyone here are so nice and do their own thing.

There is no roomies at the moment so if you and your partner want to move in you will have an extra room to yourself. So great for kids.
