We do prefer someone within the age range 18 to 29 but make exceptions for some 30’s | Chapter Relatability/Perspective, communication and understanding dwindles with wider age gaps between roommates and normal strangers.

Jason: Yo we are looking for a possible roommate; slashers not accepted by the way. I’m a musician, play games, and a “skaterboy”. Finished college early and moved out the same year but rent is boosting up so yeah, dudes or ladies welcome. I clean a lot so you won’t have to worry about me leaving messes or her clumsiness and I also cook and enjoy sharing the food I MAKE y’know(please don’t steal my groceries😂). Just got a kitten a few days ago so she’ll be sharing my gaming room with me. I mostly just work, play games(VR, PC, Xbox, PS), watch whatever when it comes to shows and movies but mostly anime. Esther: Hi ;) I am Nigerian. I am a nursing student, a braider and a part-time barista. I love cooking and baking bread. I am a homebody so my favorite things to do are binge Grey’s Anatomy, Scandal, The Rookie and New Girl over and over again. I am constantly busy with school or work so I will barely be at home. Jason does all the cleaning but I also enjoy deep-cleaning as much as possible.
