Seeking a clean and reliable non-smoker to share - well mostly sublet - a furnished townhome in Middletown (near Newport Vineyards) for a 6 month lease, and possibly longer. Although this is technically a roommate situation, it can also be considered a sublet. I travel quite frequently. Disclosure: this is a family owned duplex and the owner lives adjacent - so absolutely no parties, drugs, etc. A small cat or dog will be considered. The townhouse is 2 levels and has 4 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. 2 out of the 4 bedrooms will be yours. The first (main) bedroom is on the first floor, and is furnished with a queen size bed, small wicker dresser and lamp, a flat screen tv and a faux fireplace that also has a heater. The second bedroom is upstairs and is small. A queen bed could be placed in there but it would probably serve better as an office. Furnishings in this room are optional. Your choice! The other 2 bedrooms are mine and will be locked up while I’m away (all bedroom doors have locks on them with keys).

The kitchen is older but has dishes, utensils and cookware available for use. There is a counter height dining table with 4 stools. The living room is furnished with a couch, coffee table, lamps and a 65 in Samsung Smart TV for your viewing pleasure. The upstairs bathroom has recently been updated and has a walk in shower and towels, and basic toiletries are also provided.

There is also a deck and nice yard out back, with a Weber gas grill which is truly great even in the winter time. Laundry hook ups are available in the basement (optional). A full driveway is in the front and there is space for 2-3 cars.

The rent is $1200 a month and includes high speed Wi-Fi and Direct TV. You will need to have the gas and electric in your name and these will solely be your responsibility. Move in costs include first and last months rent, plus a $300 non-refundable cleaning fee. $0 security deposit (Total move in is $2700).
