Hey everyone! I’ve got a room available for rent in my 2-bed, 1-bath apartment. No deposit required. Rent is set at $700 per month, with shared expenses for electricity and internet. Electricity usually runs under $50, and internet is around $60. Overall, I’ll be covering the majority of expenses.
