The room is in 2 bedroom apartment, me and my roommate (female, american, 23y.o.) are the first ones living here after renovation. the apartment has a lot of sunlight, white walls, wooden floors, tall ceilings. it’s 10 minute walk to the metro station which takes you to the loop in 19 minutes. Available on December 1, lease ends on July 1. 850+500 moving fee, 1350$ due to moving day. :)
