Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at The Camden at Fairfax Corner asap. You would have an awesome roommate. She has a dog who is super friendly. The apartment is always kept very neat, you’d have your own bathroom, for the most part the shared areas are completely furnished, minus the bedroom you’d be taking. You would have a parking spot, guest parking, awesome location as you can walk to anywhere in the Fairfax corner. If you move in November rent is already taken care of and if you move in December, I would pay the rent for the month and you wouldn’t have to pay till January!
