I am a easy going, laid back, down to earth person. I don’t mind what you do, I know you are grown and I don’t mind your business, just as long as your payment is to me by the 3rd of every month. I have a 9yr old son who is very mature for his age and helpful around the house as well as a 12yr old son who comes weekends only…. I am also 4/20 friendly and do not mind you smoking on back porch or in the garage. Having company over is okay as well, just as long as they don’t cause problems at the house or in the neighborhood, and let me know ahead of time if they plan on staying the night with you. Children are fine, up to 2 kids max
