My home has two bathrooms and both bathrooms are shared with my other house mates. I have cats and a friendly dog so people who are allergic would have a hard time here, though I keep the house pretty clean. Security deposit ($975) and first and last months’ rent is needed to move in. Month to month lease, but this could be longer term situation also. Street parking is pretty decent. Close to shops, restaurants, bars, close to the water, alki beach, the water taxi. Located within walking distance to bus lines to downtown Seattle and other bus lines. Rent includes private bedroom, heat, electricity, internet, water/trash/sewer. Sorry no more pets as I already have enough. smokers need to smoke outside.

My 2 roommates are pretty cool, professional go to work etc, don’t see much of them.
