South Interstate 35

The property is located off I-35 and Oltorf. It is a few minutes to several bus stations and is only a few minute’s drive to downtown. The room available is the larger room of the two in the apartment. On top of rent there is an internet bill (1Gig google fiber) of 70 dollars, which is 35 each per roommate and an electricity bill that varies with the season. So far the bill has been extremely low during the fall and winter (40-70) and high in the summer around (120-200). The lease does end in May so if you would want to leave before those summer bills come in that is possible. There is plenty of space in the living room as my past roommate was the one who owned the couch and coffee table.

I am a sound engineer working in the Austin music scene. I tend to spend mostly nights at work and do come home fairly late. I try to be quiet and respectful of others space when coming home late though. I am a pretty quiet person and don’t talk much. It takes a while for me to get used to people and open up to people socially, but I am very communicative and direct if there is an important matter that needs attention or something I need to discuss with my roommate. Though I am quiet, I also do have a sound system in my room that can be a little loud (I measure the loudness so it tends to be managed) but if it is ever too loud, I don’t mind someone kindly letting me know so I can turn it down. I do smoke but never inside, I do like to burn incense or candles every now and then though.
