I have a very clean room & private bath in North Austin. Room is unfurnished. Washer/dryer inside unit. Monthly rent amount includes all utilities (electric, water, trash pick-up, internet). There is plenty of parking and the location is within walking distance of restaurants, a 3 mile trail, chiropractor & nail salon. The location is also 10 mins from the Domain & Lakeline Mall. I am looking for a clean & responsible female roommate.

No pets, no couples and no children. Would prefer someone who isn’t a cigarette smoker.

Move-in fee is for security deposit, but will also include prorated rent amount for the first month upon discussion of move-in date.

I am the only person living in this unit. I work from home and do not own a pet. I cook on occassion and don’t mind sharing my meals sometimes. I’m somewhat social (mostly introverted) and will probably be either in my room or at the gym. I also love to watch sports and travel.
