my house sits on on the side of Eagle Rock mountain…..the room for rent has excellent views out the back windows. the room measures approximately 9’x13’. two functioning storage closets. Steam heat is functional and quiet. Air conditioning are window units….. I like to have windows open as much as possible…….you would be welcome to keep your room at your comfortable level, but the rest of the house i prefer to leave windows open, unless we’re in a heat wave. backyard is yours to enjoy. outdoor weber bbq yours to enjoy. must come see if it works for you…..

I’m the owner of the house…….i currently have a tenant in the room which i’m trying to rent……i want this tenant gone and find someone new that is organized, tidy, responsible and able to pay rent….
