North 159th Avenue

The Maxx159 is a luxury style apartment, with a gym and pool 24 hour access. The room is spacious and the closet is huge. The living quarters is furnished and I occupy the master bedroom. The apartment is beautiful and the people are really friendly. it is gated and parking is offered inside I own one covered parking which I use as a first come first serve type of deal. I am the only person currently living in the apartment. I try to give as much privacy to whomever comes in and rents the place. I give advanced notice about having company over. I teach in a 4th grade classroom Monday-Friday.
