We have furnished room for rent in a new home in the New Community of (ATWELL) between the city of Banning and Beaumont. Freway 10 exit N Highland Springs AVE. 10 min from the Casino 25min from Palm Sprins or Riverside. The Room comes with new in wall 60’’ TV and Full side bed. All bills are included. you also have access to Washer and Dryer and High-Speed internet of 1,266Mbps we used NETGEAR Orbit Router. We are looking for someone Single and respectful if you are a couple just know it will be extra. The bathroom will be share sometimes. The house is in a cul-de-sac Street so there’s no traffic very quiet. the private community pool is located cross the street that you will also have access. parking no problem. If you like to walk Along its pathways, seasonal water flows, gardens, orchards, promenades, pavilions, pools, Jacuzzi playgrounds, activity centers, and parks come into view. It’s the great outdoors — meandering through our backyard, close to your doorstep. (Note: If you are looking for quiet place on the weekends? This home is probably not for you, as you can see in the pictures, sometimes we like to have friends over to play games and pool.
