Hi all, we are looking for a young professional to take over a monthly lease starting 12/1/23. The apartment is a cozy and cute 3bed, 1bath in Hayes Valley (one bedroom is open). The location cannot be beat—it is a 2 min walk from the Hayes Valley downtown area, a 10 min walk from Alamo Square Park and the Lower Haight, and the apartment is situated on a quiet and cute one-way street. The bedroom itself is a steal for the location and quality of the apartment—at $1350/month + utilities. The room itself is on the smaller side but has a large closet and room to fit a bed, nightstand, dresser, and small desk. The room doesn’t get a ton of natural light (it has a large window facing another building). This room is great for someone who doesn’t work from home a ton and wants to be in a beautiful area with two awesome roommates! The house is fully furnished with a large living room and kitchen, including in unit washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and a small private backyard patio.

You’ll be living with two young professionals— Amanda (she/her) and Audrey (she/they). We moved into this apartment in July 2022, prior to knowing anyone in SF, and have loved making this our home. We are looking for our other roommate to be in a similar situation as us (recent graduate working in the city). Please message me with any questions!
