I’m for one person to sign a year long lease for a furnished bedroom in this spacious house in Munhall, PA near Pittsburgh. The room is available starting June 10 for a year long lease.

The room is fully furnished. Rent is $550. Roommates split all utilities which averages to ~$150/mo. First month’s rent, last month’s rent, and a $600 security deposit required upon lease signing.

The house has a big backyard, a front and back porch, a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and central heating/cooling. 5 min drive to shopping (Lowes, Aldi, Giant Eagle) on the waterfront. 3 minute walk to the Carnegie library and gym. Peaceable neighborhood- neighbors are retired or have kids. Downtown Homestead and Munhall are close and Voodoo Brewery is walking distance. Abundant street parking.

This is a large three floor 4 bedroom 1.5 bathroom house. Three other people currently live here.

You will need to bring your own linens and blankets, pillows. No pets and no couples please.
