This is a 8month lease 2bd 1ba house, w one room single occupancy available. Looking for single occupancy female. Looking for move in sometime December or January, am flexible. The room is currently occupied but contact me if you’d like to see the place, and if interested I’ll then direct you to the property manager.

Plenty street parking right in front of house. Washer and dryer in unit, non coin. House is decent size, about 1000sq ft, plenty storage. Fully furnished, but can make your room unfurnished. Located near the freeway but remains quiet, really convenient and central.

Rent is $1650m, utilities average 200 to 250/m, so your half will be about $925/m depending on utilities. Utilities include internet, mandated renters insurance, electric, water, gas, garbage.

I’ll be your only roommate, 33f lgbtq. Oh, I also have an old Labrador, he’s super sweet n mellow. I’m in school and working as an electrician. I’m busy during the week, and am social on the weekends. My hobbies are rollerblading, being outdoors, and just being with good company!

Im 420 friendly but rarely partake, but am a social drinker. Im relatively introverted/chill and definitely drama free. Im of average cleanliness, the house never looks sloppy but things may get left here and there, and a tidy day happens weekly. Hoping to be compatible with cleanliness. This isn’t a party house, but if you have guests every now and then that’s okay. Just be respectful of each other is all, communicate and it’s all good. Drama free is a must. Looking for someone who is mature, dependable and stable, but relaxed enough to not trip over the small stuff and enjoy life!
