Carolina's room

The room is very spacious and it has its own bathroom, it will be furnished once rented. There is an HOA so an application will be required if you have a vehicle. The house is in a quiet neighborhood in greenacres.

In the house it will be me and my teenage daughter. I am very clean so I expect my roomie to pickup after themselves. I do like cooking, I eat very healthy and like to work out at home. I do like the quiet in the afternoons as I work all day and like to relax in the afternoons. I do not have many visitors, I am ok with visitors on occasions.
