Affordable room for rent ($550) per month in exchange for help with Some housekeeping. Rent due 1st -10th ox each month, unless other arrangements are agreed upon. Rent includes laundry and kitchen privileges with private refrigerator in garage. Internet not included in rent. Additional $15.00 monthly fee for use of internet use. Located East of Hyw 99. Easy access to freeway and approximately 3 miles from Light Rail station. Amber shopping, restaurants. etc close by and 2 park in neighborhood. Quiet neighborhood. The bedroom is a standard size room with full size closet and overhead lighting with fan.I have some furniture available for use, if needed, including a tv with a Roku stick installed. But no longer have a bed The room is not wired for cable.However a wireless box can be installed for a monthly $5.00 fee. Kitchen is spacious with all built-ins and lots of cupboard space. The wash÷r and dryer are in what is known as a Laundry Closet located in the hallway very convenient. I am requesting a valid photo ID, proof of income and a background check. I understand my requests may seem demanding but I am trying to avoid the situation I find myself in now with current roommate. I took her at her word and have discovered she isn’t what she presented herself to be.

I am a retired female and live a quiet lifestyle. I have always pride myself in keeping a tidy home. Unfortunately, my current roommate doesn’t believe the same way as I do. Doesn’t feel the need ro pick up after herself and put her belongings away. She has not fulfilled the agreement we made regarding the sharing of housekeeping. She also has been late with the rent several times in the 5 months she’s been here. As a result, we no longer speak to each other. As for me: I’m a nondrinker, but have no objection to someone enjoying a cocktail or 2. I have never used any ,ind of street drugs, including pot. But, I am a smoker and I know this can be a deterent for some. There is one more thing I want to say about myself. I no longer celebrate holidays. I have been through too much heartbreak and have no enjoyment regarding holidays. All I will say is, no parent should ever have to go through what I have, not once, but twice. I am hoping to find a retired or semi-retired female close to my age who would like sharing my home with me. And, who isn’t “afraid’ of doing some housekeeping.
