I’m a 38 professional gay guy(recently single) and looking for a nice person to share living expenses with. I own my own event business and work a lot during spring/summer months. I have 2 well behaved dogs(shih tzu). I do not have OCD, but I am a tidy/neat person and would like to find a clean, responsible, and pleasant person to rent the room available. Parking is fairly easy in the area and/or could rent the parking space located in the rear of the building for $50+ month. The condo is on the ground floor in a 4 story building.
