Just purchased a beautiful townhouse in Graduate Hospital (16th & Fitzwater)! Located on a quiet street, I’m looking to fill two rooms that would share a bathroom for $1000 and $1100. Current roommate is just myself! I work from home full time. I enjoy hanging out with my friends, going to concerts and fancy dinners, and traveling! I like to keep busy on the weekends but tend to stay quieter during the week. I would love to be friends with my roommates (wine nights, dinner out, cohosting parties), but also good doing my own thing! I also have a small hypoallergenic dog who is completely trained and very lovable
