4 bed, 2.5 bath house. You will have your own room and a shared bathroom. Parking available in the driveway. Electric, Water, Trash, and WiFi are all included. Washer and dryer is provided. I take care of the lawn myself. There are 4 major grocery stores, a Chickfila, Starbucks, Walmart, Walgreens, liquor store, vape shop, restaurants, etc. all within a 3 minute drive from the house. Downtown Columbia is about a 20 minute drive. Harbison and Irmo is about a 25 minute drive. Terms can be 1 month, 6 months or 1 year. Pets can be allowed, but that is tbd. The pictures show a queen bed. Currently has 1 twin bed. I can keep the twin our you can swap out with a different bed/mattress. Up to you
