The complex is Andover Place at Cross Creek, in New Tampa, very close to Hunter’s Green and Wesley Chapel. It is a ground floor apartment in a very quiet, low-crime community with four beautiful pools and a well-equipped gym. The place is furnished, except for your bedroom, which we can furnish or not, your choice. Your bathroom is furnished, except for towels, but you’re welcome to change anything you want. Your bedroom is 10x13’, and it’s in the opposite corner of the large apartment from the master suite, so you have a lot of privacy and noise cushion. Apartment is furnished with full-size washer and dryer, as well as dishwasher and other appliances. The kitchen and common areas are fully furnished. There is a large, fully screened patio. All utilities are included in the price, except electricity. You would pay 1/3 of that, usually around $45/month. We don’t have cable, but would provide multiple streaming services.

We are a married couple, quiet, stay-at-home types. We practically never have company (though, of course, you can.) We have no pets. We are reasonably neat, but we definitely like a relaxed approach to life. Dishes might be in the sink until morning sometimes. We definitely favor open lines of communication and will try hard to respect and accommodate your preferences. I am a major foodie, and while you are responsible for your own food, I do love to cook and bake for others. I’m okay with any level of socializing you prefer- if you want to be left alone, that’s 100% fine, but it would also be fun to find a movie buddy. If you are interested, let’s talk!
