Comfortable 1-bedroom available in 2-bedroom apartment with queen size bed, dresser, TV with roku, shelf, mirrored closet with storage space above. Shared bathroom, full kitchen, laundry onsite. Wood floors and large open living room with lots of light. 2nd floor apartment in very walkable area with cafes, restaurants and bars, grocery store and gas station, capoeira dance studio, skin care all on the block. Farmers Market, Japanese Market, bowling alley and gym all within short walk.

Chill minimalist keeps common areas neat and tidy. Musician by day events worker by night. I cook most of my meals from home and have a sweet 13-year old cat named Skittles. Sometimes I’ll have a collaborator or student over, but mostly like to keep the home a safe space for creation and regeneration. Current sleep schedule from 3a-10a, but can vary depending on work. I’m always down for a chat, but also like to stay in my room and write.
