This is a 5BR apartment, with two floors, after walking up the lower level stairs. There is a front, and a back entrance, two bathrooms, along with a washer, and dryer located within the apartment. The kitchen is very spacious, and this is a student/worker home. Overnight guests are allowed, though mutual respect is expected. Paystubs, or/and background check may be required.
